Customized Training

Auburn Montgomery’s Division of Continuing Education has a wide array of customized training opportunities. Choose a course or series of courses to be delivered, either at the Center for Lifelong Learning, or at your location. We can customize a program that is carefully designed to focus on competencies in areas such as leadership, performance, planning, critical thinking, relationship and teambuilding, and social and environmental responsibility. We can design a course program that will closely align with your organization’s professional development needs and growth.

For companies with specialized or technical training needs, our staff will perform a thorough needs analysis and design a course which will exceed your company’s expectations. A qualified instructor conducts the training in accordance with the approved training objectives and outlines. Once the training program is complete, an evaluation is conducted, and the results are reviewed with a company representative to determine the training impact as well as future needs.
